The dual CMI Certified Transformational Leader and York Business School MBA in Enterprise Sustainability develop your essential understanding of issues relating to enhancing and maintaining SME performance. An undergraduate degree from a UK or NARIC listed institution or professional qualifications will help your studies but they aren't mandatory

Direct entry to Stage 2 for applicants who hold a

Course Overview

100% online learning, managed through our learning management system

Stage 1 (over six months) is six modules of training as a Certified Transformational Leader, leading to Stage 2 (over six months), a Capstone Project module leading to the MBA

Stage 1 assessment in each module is a short, personal leadership learning log and a case study analysis (summarised in a seven-minute recorded presentation).

Stage 2 assessment is a recorded presentation of interim project outcomes and a 12,000-word Capstone Project report
